It has a long battery life of 20 hours and can also be used as a speakerphone. And, for better or worse, the size and weight of the new model have grown by about 20%. Like the ones that came before it, you can lay it flat or stand it up. It has an IPX7 rating, which means it can be completely submerged in water for a short time. The Charge 2+ is water resistant, but the model that comes after it is fully waterproof. However, you can get one for less than AU $200. The JBL Charge 3 looks a lot like the highly rated JBL Charge 2+ and costs the same (£150 or $150). This portable Bluetooth speaker is blessed with a 6000mAh battery, which is darn impressive - even if its recently announced successor, the Charge 4, takes that to. It doesn’t take a sleuth of Sherlock Holmes’ stature to uncover the killer feature of the JBL Charge 3. ![]()
